How do I get started?
Register your business. A DineOS Super Admin reviews the application before creating and activating your business ID.
Do guests need to sign in?
No. Guests can browse and order from an active table QR without an account.
Does DineOS accept payments?
No. It shows order totals and printable receipts, but does not record or collect payments.
Does DineOS work offline?
Live records and guest ordering need an internet connection.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. DineOS is an installable mobile web app (PWA), not a native App Store app.
What happens to a deleted table QR?
Its old QR link stops working.
Can staff see another business’s data?
Staff access is scoped to their own business and role.
Can I export order data?
Yes. The analytics area includes a CSV export.
Can AI verify ingredients or allergens?
No. AI drafts descriptions from owner-provided facts, and the owner must review the result.
